The hotel is magnificent — the best in the entire area. Its facilities, the beach, and the views of the sunrise and sunset are truly incredible. It also includes attractions with services already included; we went snorkeling at the reef, and it was a special experience.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is gourmet and very tasty, with plenty of variety.

Good day, We stayed in the El Jagüey room this Saturday and Sunday, and we just wanted to thank you for the excellent experience. We’re leaving very satisfied and already looking forward to coming back. The service from the waitstaff and kitchen team, as well as the kindness of Travis and the young man who assists him with the water activities, was simply exceptional. Everything was a 100 out of 10. It was our first visit with the family, and without a doubt, it won’t be the last. Thank you for everything!

Excellent service!!! Both the captain and the crew member were extremely helpful and attentive to everything.
During the trip, we saw dolphins, numerous turtles, and had an amazing fishing experience. It’s definitely well worth it, and I’ll be doing it again very soon for sure. 100% recommended for everyone!!!
